-Lower legs still a tiny bit tight, but otherwise the body feel darn good today.
Weight: 137.0 lbs, 23.9% fat - up .4 lbs from yesterday, down 1.4 lbs from a week ago.
Sleep: 8.5 hours in bed. Decent, though not quite enough to get up feeling fully rested.
Habit: Did mobility at 10am (half-assed) and again (thoroughly) post-run along with ~30 calf raises & a loooong foam-roll-and-stretch session.
Misc: The weekend's low sleep is not beating me up as badly as I thought it would. Calories & caffeine have been boosted to compensate. Somehow, brain is in a good place. But I'm very aware that low sleep is always my downfall, so I'm being very extra super paranoid about it.
The drive to win is not, per se, a bad thing. Problems arise, however, when the metric becomes the only measure of success; when what you achieve is no longer tied to why you set out to achieve it in the first place.
