2012 Goals

If I really can be Wonder Woman, I'll do all of this in 2012:
  • Powerlifting meet (Jan)
  • 15 nonstop pull-ups by 4/30, 20 nonstop pull-ups by 8/31, 25 nonstop pull-ups by 12/31
  • Do a muscle up (actually have no idea if 12/31 is a realistic goal for this one...but someday for sure!)
  • Chin up = 1.1 x BW
  • Powerlifting goals:
    • bench press = .9 x BW
    • squat = 1.5 x BW
    • deadlift = 1.8 x BW 2 x BW
  • Maintenance / flat belly / satisfaction with body comp
  • Injury-free running
  • Trails & Vibrams AMAP
  • Races:
    • Priorities:
      • Boston Marathon (Apr)
      • Fargo Marathon (May, contingent on Boston recovery)
      • Afton 50k -or- Half Voyageur Trail Marathon (both trail, both Jul)
      • Ragnar Relay (Aug)
      • Wild Duluth 50k (trail, Oct)
      • Train & Stay weekend (?)
    • For fun, if all goes well, have the time & money, etc:
      • Get Lucky half marathon (Mar)
      • Minnewaska Warm Up half marathon (May)
      • Awake the Grapes 10k (May)
      • Osakis 5k (Jun)
      • Warrior Dash (Jun/Jul)
      • Twin Cities Marathon (Oct)
        • Maybe. I'm dabbling in the idea of not repeating a successful marathon, but instead seeking to complete a marathon in every state...a good lifelong goal...but I'll wait & see, because trail running might just knock road marathons entirely off my goal list!

      • Snowflake Shuffle 5k (Dec)
